Uuuummm...I don't know about you guys but, am I the only one who mistook Olly Mur's voice for Adam Levine??? The beat and the vibe of the whole song sounds like a genre that Maroon 5 would create a song to. I thought it was cool. I'm sure Olly Mur received many of those assumptions about his voice sounding like Adam Levine's. If I was him, I would take that as a compliment.
As I watched the video, I was observing Olly's style, his hair, his walk, and I thought his presence and the feel of the music reminded me of Maroon 5 and Adam Levine in general. This also reminds me of how Ariana Grande's voice in "The Way" is probably mistaken for Mariah Carey's voice too.
